We are the Designers, developers and manufacturers of Closed Circuit Video Equipment ( CCTV ) for commercial, security, government and broadcast applications. Established in 1987, our products include video multiplexers, switchers, video titling equipment, digital video recorders, IP transceivers, Network recorders etc.. All of our CCTV products are designed and manufactured in Great Britain. CCTV and Video products are our speciality. We do not make anything else. Demanding railway CCTV customers include : Network Rail, London Underground (Tubelines and Metronet), South West trains, G.N.E.R, Southern, Chiltern railways, DLR, CGL Rail, East Midlands, National Express. Banking customers include: Allied Irish Bank, Barclays Bank, Ulster Bank, Nat West, HSBC, Lloyds, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bank of Ireland, Danske Bank, Coutts and co. Major council CCTV control rooms include, Bath , Bridgwater, Shrewsbury, Nottingham, St. Helens, London Borough of Havering, London Borough of Wandsworth, Walton on Thames, Barnstaple, Portsmouth, London Borough of Richmond. Some of these systems are more than 8 years old, and are still supported by us, and will be indefinitely. Each one records video digitally, and reliably. They download footage as video evidence for the police on a regular basis (especially at the weekend). Recording is at high resolution and low power ( which has paid for the equipment when you compare it to the power usage of our competitors! ). For MOD use the NATO stock number is 5836995514974 Commercial and government applications are numerous. They include military bases, Shopping centres, private houses and estates, VIP protection, schools, clubs, ports, airports, in short, just about any CCTV system where the customer wants reliable recording and wants the recorded images to be used as evidence. The recorder must preserve the video evidence, as our products do. (Many systems record unrecognisable images, especially under low light conditions, or when the picture is full of detail. These pictures are useless as evidence. Either the staff don't care, or they were skillfully misled by a salesman).
The D1 4CIF mystery How often have you seen specifications where the resolution of the video recorder is specified as 4CIF ? This is actually nonsense, follow the link to see why --> 4CIF or even 4SIF

Other real time digital video recorders record poor quality
images to enable high speed recording. Detail is lost in the image
and night time recordings are awful. The original VCR was much better . You are not told that of course, the man with the large BMW has got his commission.!
